Shipping Policy - Rephase

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rephase. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during sales or festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order value.

Free Shipping 5–7 Business Days Free (Orders ₹499 and above)

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen weather conditions.

  • Service coverage: We currently ship to most serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery is subject to courier partner serviceability at the provided address

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (or SMS) once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages During Shipping

Rephase is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, but we want to help you.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info.rephase@gmail.com.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take photos of the damaged box and the leaking/broken product as proof.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rephase is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

6. International Shipping

  • Domestic Only: We currently do not ship outside of India.
